1. Jewellery & Millinery
Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos.
2. Botanicals
Botanical items are perishable and cannot be returned.
3. Ceremonies & Commissions
Ceremony services and bespoke commissions are non‑refundable once work has begun.
4. Workshops
Workshop bookings are non‑refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another person.
5. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.
